Author Guidelines

These are the latest Author Guidelines for JURAGAN: Jurnal Akuntansi dan Keuangan. Authors must read all guidelines before submission.

Authors are not allowed to withdraw manuscripts during the publication process (review, copyediting, layout, etc.), as the journal has used valuable resources.

All manuscripts will undergo plagiarism checking.
Manuscripts with similarity above 25% will be rejected.

Manuscript Category

JURAGAN only accepts Research Articles.
Review papers, conceptual papers, technical papers, and case studies are not accepted.

Language

Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English.
Authors must ensure correct grammar before submission.

Format and Length

  • Use journal template

  • Microsoft Word or LaTeX

  • One column format

  • Maximum 10 pages

  • Minimum 5000 words

  • Main sections:

    • Introduction

    • Research Method

    • Results and Analysis

    • Conclusion

Manuscript Structure

Order:

  • Title (max 14 words)

  • Author names

  • Affiliation

  • Abstract

  • Keywords (4–6)

  • Corresponding author

  • Introduction

  • Research Method

  • Results and Analysis

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgment

  • Declaration

  • References

Authorship

Collaborative papers are encouraged.
Single-author papers may be subject to additional charges.

Author criteria:

  • Research design contribution

  • Data analysis

  • Writing/revision

  • Final approval

Abstract

  • 200–250 words

  • One paragraph

  • Background, objective, method, result, implication

Introduction

Must include:

  • Background

  • Previous studies

  • Research gap

  • Objective

Minimum 15 references.

Method

Explain:

  • Design

  • Sample

  • Procedure

  • Analysis method

Results and Analysis

  • Focus on main findings

  • Avoid raw data

  • Provide interpretation

Conclusion

  • Answer objectives

  • Show contribution

  • Suggest future research

Tables and Figures

  • Numbered

  • Referenced in text

  • Tables must not be images

Equations

Use equation editor.

Acknowledgment

Optional.

Declaration

  • Author contribution

Submission Preparation Checklist

  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
